Failed payments, handled quietly.
A quiet look at the payments that didn't go through.
Calmretry is for one founder, or a very small team, on Stripe Billing. Paste a restricted read-only key. See what failed in the last 90 days. If you want, we'll send four plain emails and then stop.
The report is free. Recovery stays off until you subscribe. We never write to Stripe.

1. A read-only key
You create a restricted key in Stripe with Read on customers, subscriptions, invoices, charges, payment intents, payment methods, and events. Secret keys are refused.
2. The free report
Failed amount and count, what was paid later, what is still open, what was lost, the decline reasons, and MRR sitting on past-due invoices or cards expiring within 30 days.
3. Four emails, then stop
Day 0, day 3, day 7, and a last note on day 12. They stop if the invoice is paid, voided, or the subscription is cancelled. Never twice to the same customer inside 48 hours.
Pricing, briefly
The plan follows the MRR we measure. Prices are monthly.
- Small$19.00 / month · Up to $5,000 MRR
- Growing$39.00 / month · Up to $25,000 MRR
- Bigger$79.00 / month · Up to $100,000 MRR
The first payment can be refunded for 14 days. Reply and a person handles it. There is no promise that recovered payments will cover the fee. The first 20 accounts keep the published price they start on. It is a lock, not a discount.
